In the event that the Gujarat Forest Department officially cancels a scheduled safari due to severe flooding, torrential rainfall, or administrative sanctuary lockdowns, full permit refunds or alternative date rescheduling will be facilitated by our travel desk.

5. Refund Processing Duration

Approved refunds are processed back to the original source bank account or payment method within 7 to 10 working days after official cancellation receipt verification.
