1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Devalia Park Safari. By accessing our website or using our private travel assistance services for Devalia Safari Park (Gir Interpretation Zone), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your permit request.

2. Nature of Service & Entity Status

Devalia Park Safari is a private, locally operated travel assistance service located near Sinh Sadan Gate in Sasan Gir, Gujarat. We assist tourists with permit registration, registered 4x4 Maruti Gypsy coordination, forest guide scheduling, and hotel accommodations. We are not directly affiliated with or part of the Gujarat Forest Department. Official permits and sanctuary entry are issued strictly under Forest Department rules.

3. Visitor Photo ID Requirements

All visitors (Indian Nationals & Foreign Nationals) must provide valid original government-issued photo IDs (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport).
The ID card details provided during booking must exactly match the physical ID presented at Sinh Sadan Gate. Any mismatch will result in permit invalidation by forest authorities.
Permits once issued are strictly non-transferable to another individual under any circumstances.

4. Reporting Time & Slot Forfeiture

Visitors must report at the entry desk exactly 30 minutes prior to their scheduled safari slot time. Late arrival may lead to entry denial by forest authorities without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Devalia Safari Park offers very high Asiatic Lion sighting probability (95%+), wildlife sightings occur in a natural open sanctuary environment and cannot be guaranteed. Devalia Park Safari is not liable for temporary park closures ordered by forest department officials due to extreme weather or VIP movements.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Junagadh District, Gujarat.
